National Alumni Scholarships

The CEU alumni chapters in Belarus, Ukraine and Serbia have launched their own alumni-supported scholarships to aid students from their respective countries. Please consider making a gift to one of these three great initiatives. See below for details and to make your gift!

Vitali Silitski Alumni Scholarship

In 2015 the CEU Belarusian Alumni Chapter launched the fourth year of its alumni scholarship honoring the late Belarusian scholar Vitali Silitski (POLS '94).

The scholarship is intended to support promising students from Belarus while honoring Silitski, a brilliant scholar who from 2007 to his passing in 2011 headed the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS), the world's leading think tank on Belarusian affairs. After earning his MA from CEU he went on to earn his PhD Rutgers University, in 2007.
