What is your goal in life?

As a Palestinian refugee, I aspire to assist in creating a safe and empowering environment for different marginalized communities from all around the world, with a precise focus on Palestinians, in order to defend them from injustice, prejudice, and human rights violations.

Why did you choose your course of study?

It comes from my firm belief in the importance of human rights and their crucial impact on societies and individuals, especially in regards to bringing justice to marginalized and oppressed communities that face ongoing injustice, which is something that I strongly aspire to be part of.

What do you hope to gain from your time at CEU?

I’m confident that the extensive learning opportunities emphasized at CEU would provide me with theoretical frameworks and practical experiences requisite for my personal and professional development as a human rights advocate.
