The CEU Alumni Reunion on November 18, 2010 brought together more than 50 alumni and friends at the Hungarian Embassy in Washington, DC. CEU graduates enjoyed another great chance to reconnect with old friends and classmates, expand their personal and professional networks and have a hand in cultivating the future of their University by contributing up to 1,000 USD to the 2010/11 CEU Alumni Campaign and pledging more gifts on the spot.
Guests had the special opportunity to meet with CEU Rector John Shattuck personally and discuss his plans for the future of the University. Also present were Ambassador Béla Szombati, CEU Director of Development, Brian Porter, and Director of Alumni and Corporate Relations, Serge Sych (IRES ’97, LEGS ’99), who were there to welcome CEU graduates living and working in the U.S. and update them on the latest exciting developments for the global alumni community.
