The latest event from the Simply Networking series on Thursday, March 3, organized by the CEU Alumni & Careers team, made for another fantastic evening, combining business and pleasure, with CEU students and alumni professionals in the non-profit sector and academia.
Nearly 70 guests came along to benefit from the unbounded resources of the global CEU alumni network. The three special guests and presenters at the event, CEU alumni Valéria Szabó (Hungary, GENS '00), representing the Institute of International Education; Stela Artemi (Moldova, IRES '09), representing International Organization for Migration; and Mátyás Szabó (Hungary, SOCI '94), representing the CEU Curriculum Resource Center, engaged the audience in a lively talk about their professional experience in the non-profit sector and academia. They shared some personal stories about their own career paths and offered some tips on effective job searching and networking in their respective areas of work.
