It’s been a busy spring for CEU’s campus renovation project, CEU Renews.
On May 9, a special ceremony commemorated the laying of the cornerstone of the new campus, at Nador u. 15. Attended by alumni, faculty, staff and other VIPs it also featured placement of a special time capsule within the foundation. SEE PICS.
In May, the Budapest Business Journal reported on how CEU's new campus will fit within the Nador utca UNESCO World Heritage area.
CEU broke ground on its campus redevelopment project in January. When the first phase is completed, in 2016, the university will boast a new library, auditorium and new home for CEU Business School, among others.
When finally completed, in 2019, CEU will have an integrated, state-of-the-art campus in the heart of downtown Pest.
CEU Renews is funded partly by alumni support. Thanks to all alumni who have supported the future of our university!
