CEU history was made again last Wednesday as the university’s Founder and Honorary Chairman George Soros met with several major donors to the Alumni Campaign.

Mr. Soros was visiting the campus for the launch of the Hungarian edition of his book The Soros Lectures: George Soros at Central European University.

Afterwards he spoke privately with the alumni donors and thanked them for supporting the campaign, now in its final weeks. It was the first time he had met with them as a group.
