Anna is from Ukraine. She is attending CEU thanks to the Alumni Scholarship, next|generation.
In her own words:
I graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2013 with an MA in Public Relations, and a BA in Philology, in 2011. I have also studied Mass Media and Data Journalism.
Before CEU I have volunteered for several projects, including providing food and clothing for homeless people, work with the non-violent civic movement “Vidsich” and as a volunteer teacher for the “Free Courses of Ukrainian Language” project.
I have also done analytical research regarding Language Policies of Ukraine, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic, and consider this issue to be very important to Ukraine nowadays.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to come to Budapest and study at the School of Public Policy. I look forward to joining the alumni community and to make it possible for future students to study here together and make the world a better place.
