Myanmar, Htet Min Lwin (POLS '16)

Htet Min Lwin (POLS’16) is Country Representative – Myanmar for the Forum of Federations, an international organization working on federalism and devolved governance. As a student, he was actively involved in student and youth affairs. His previous activities include research in politics and socio-economic development, and as a junior member of peace negotiation dialogues (2012-2014). He received his medical degree from University of Medicine, Mandalay and a master’s degree in political science from CEU.

Bosnia & Herzegovina, Amila Kurtovic (LEGS '16)

Amila graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo and earned an LL. M degree in Comparative Constitutional Law at Central European University in 2016. Currently, she works as a Junior Researcher in Public Law and Human Rights Program at the Center for Social Research - Analitika in Sarajevo. Prior to that, she was engaged in AIESEC, the largest student run organization in the world, where she worked as a president of a local branch of AIESEC in Sarajevo in 2013/2014.

Switzerland, Ana Gurau (DPP ’11)

Since graduation, Ana has been busy strengthening her international development profile, with a focus on global health, public finance, and social justice. In 2015 she relocated to Switzerland, where she worked for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. She recently joined a Swiss national research project on dementia policy and pursues a PhD in Biomedical sciences (spec. Bioethics) at the University of Geneva.

Czechia, Ekaterina Radaeva (LEGS '99)

Ekaterina Radaeva (LEGS ’99) is a legal and management professional with experience of working in Russia, Canada, Germany and Czech Republic. Additionally, Ekaterina has teaching and research experience in private international law, international business, and corporate law. Prior to her moving to Czech Republic in 2018, Ekaterina worked for ten years as the CEO of a Russian subsidiary of an international construction company.

Mexico, Klaudia Gonzalez (IRES '03)

Klaudia is a Mexican human rights activist. Since she graduated from CEU, she has been devoted to advocate for the rights of people in the most vulnerable situations. She is a recognized specialist regarding rights for people with disabilities. She has served as a contact person for CEU Alumni & Friends in Mexico since 2003.
